MUZAFFARABAD: There was a commotion in the Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly, the government and opposition members clashed, 92 News reported.

There is a lot of anxiety in the opposition parties due to the vulgar words of Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas against the opposition leader Chaudhry Latif Akbar in public gatherings. In the assembly session called on the requisition of the opposition, when the opposition leader submitted the privilege motion, the government members started making noise.

The opposition members say that after the no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister, Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas’s attitude became bitter and he accused the opposition leader of treating Zakat fund and corruption. Opposition leader Chaudhry Latif Akbar said that he was accused of taking money from Zakat funds and should be investigated. The meeting of the Legislative Assembly was adjourned till 10 am tomorrow.

Protesters protesting against the attack on Raja Farooq Haider Khan closed the gates of the Secretariat. Workers of the opposition parties came out on the streets and raised slogans against the government.
