WATFORD: Bobby Amin, Chairman, Watford Community Forum and his team hosted a memorable event at holiday inn Hotel Watford in honour of her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee celebration. It was attended by chief guest representative of her Majesty Queen Deputy Lieutenant, MP Dean Russell, Mayor Watford Peter Taylor, Mayor Touseef Anwar, Mayor Majid Ditta, Chairman of Hertfordshire Annie Brewster. Leader of Hertfordshire Richard Roberts. Cllr. Khaana, Lord Sardar Singh, Col Clint Read, NATO head office, Mr and Mrs Chahda, Police Inspector Peter Edwards other community leaders and businessmen.
In his speech, Bobby Amin congratulated her Majesty’ Queen for being commonwealth Queen for Pakistan and India and many soldiers who joined with British army and sacrificed their lives for Britain and fought wars for Britain and in return Queen invited us to come to Britain and live a new life and because of this many Pakistani and Indians are very successful in business and other professions.
He said that We are grateful to Queen Elizabeth to accommodate and gave chance and opportunity to play a positive and constructive role in various sections of life Careers.
Deputy Lieutenant and others who spoke at the occasion praised Bobby Amin for hosting one of best platinum jubilee event they ever attended so far.
