professionals hold meetings
with Barrister Amjad Malik

ROCHDALE: Former Senior diplomat staff of the Consulate of Pakistan Mr Aurangzeb Khan called on Barrister Amjad Malik, the former Chair of the Board of Governors of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation of Pakistan and present Chief Coordinator of the International Affairs of Pakistan Muslim League (N) at his chamber at Rochdale.

They discussed issues including the current situation of Pakistan, Afghanistan and bordering area. Both agreed that this is the time to remain vigilant of the developing situation and resort to meaningful   reforms to emancipate the general public of Pakistan.

Barrister Amjad Malik presented his book “Road to Pakistan” to him.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Aslam Rana, Advocate Higher Court from Sindh held a meeting with Barrister Amjad Malik and discussed with him the professional issues. Barrister Amjad Malik said; “I am great admirer of his work against bonded labour and for protection of human rights. I presented my book “Road to Pakistan” to my respected colleague.

Meanwhile, the renowned activist and key member of APPS UK, Dr Younis Perwaz called on Barrister Amjad Malik at his chamber at Rochdale.

Both discussed issues including the current situation of Pakistan, Afghanistan and bordering area and expressed their anguish at New Zealand and U.K. cricket team’s withdrawal from playing in Pakistan in security reasons. It is a disappointing news for cricket and sports lovers.

Both agreed that this is the time that Pakistan to to remain vigilant of the developing situation and resort to meaningful reforms to emancipate the general public of Pakistan.

Amjad Malik praised the work of APPS UK, a leading Pakistani doctors association which is assisting thousands of Pakistani origin doctors in European countries including U.K.
