LONDON: Detectives investigating the murder of Tudor Simionov in central London on New Year’s Day have charged three men.
Security guard Tudor Simionov, 33, was attacked outside Fountain House at around 05:30 GMT on 1 January. The Romanian, who lived in Ilford, was attacked by a group of men who tried to enter the party, police said.
[C] Haroon Akram 25 was arrested on Monday, 28 January on suspicion of murder. On Tuesday, 29 January he was charged with the murder of Tudor Simionov, four counts of grievous bodily harm and one count of violent disorder.

[D] Adham Khalil 20 was arrested on the morning of Tuesday, 29 January on suspicion of murder. He was charged that same day with the murder of Tudor Simionov, four counts of grievous bodily harm and one count of violent disorder.
[E] Adham Elshalakany, 23 was arrested on the morning of Tuesday, 29 January on suspicion of murder. He was charged that same day with the murder of Tudor Simionov, four counts of grievous bodily harm and one count of violent disorder.
All three are remanded in custody and were appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 30 January.
Detectives are still appealing for information to help trace Ossama Hamed, 25, and 23-year-old Nor Aden Hamada in connection with the murder investigation. Their pictures have been released by the police for identification purpose.
A 26-year-old woman has already been charged with perverting the course of justice in relation to the case and a 25-year-old man has been charged with violent disorder.
