ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister (FM) Asad Umar has said talks will again be held with IMF this week and IMF mission will be called to Pakistan when matters are settled. He said this while talking to media men here Thursday. He held regular talks are underway with IMF. Two sessions were held with IMF during the previous week. There will be talks with IMF this week as well, he added.
Data is being exchanged with IMF, he said adding when matters are settled then IMF delegation will be called in Pakistan. He said India will suffer loss by enhancing tax on Pakistani products adding no loss will be caused to Pakistan.
The outcome of talks with FATF will come out within 24 hours. There is need to include experts in the government. Demand of experts is going to be increased soon, he added.
Addressing the leaders conference he said there will be no development if professionals are not afforded opportunity. Professionals are provided chance in private sector. He underlined leader has a vision. Leader thinks about future. Pakistan has vast potential to make progress. But leadership is needed to leverage this potential, he stressed.
Talent can not be tapped in government system, he remarked. Bringing improvement in government sector is a challenge. He regretted that brothery system has led to create multifarious problems in Pakistan.
