LONDON: An interesting but tit-for-tat serial of propaganda to justify the decision against former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and to boost the image of Pakistan Army has gone viral in Pakistan but simultaneously another video showing Imran Khan’s harsh feelings against the Army, ISI and other agencies has also been placed on social media. Both video clips are comprised of past and recent interviews and speeches.

In first video Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa is seen throwing warning against those who are according to him muttering propaganda against Pak Army while sitting abroad and inside the country. “The action has been started against those who are uttering rubbish against Army from inside and abroad and will see their ending soon”.

He said this many times during the clip containing interviews of Nawaz Sharif, Asif Zardari, Pervez Rasheed, Saad Rafique,Khawaja Asif, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, journalist Marvi Sarmad and critic Zaid Hamid. The mentioned politicians expressed anti-army and agencies views targeting their agenda.

In counter video, sitting Prime Minister Imran Khan is shown condemning Army, ISI and other agencies and holding them responsible for the mess that Pakistan is going through.

Observers claim that the first video is aimed to expose the hatred against the Army in politicians’ mind and heart while the purpose of second video is obvious to realise Army their ‘mistake’ for supporting Imran Khan as country’s supreme executive. “It is a way of realisation that Imran Khan was never been a well-wisher but absolute critic of Army and agencies”, the observers commented.
