1 teaspoon powdered green cardamom
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoon rice syrup
1/2 cup split vanilla beans
850 ml coconut milk
3 teaspoon vanilla extract
To make this delicious ice cream recipe, with the help of a knife, scrape out the seeds from the vanilla bean and keep it aside. Now cut the vanilla bean into half and keep it aside.
Put a pan over a medium flame and add powdered cardamom, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt to it. Stir them to get a nice blend.
Next, add half vanilla bean pod and scraped out seeds in the pan and stir to combine. Let the mixture boil. Once the mixture reaches boiling point, turn down the flame. Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes and then turn off the flame.
Transfer the mixture to a tight container and refrigerate it overnight until its set. Once done, serve the ice cream. You can garnish it with saffron strands, if desired.
