1/2 cup parboiled fresh noodles
1/2 chopped cabbage
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 tablespoon powdered black pepper
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 cup finely chopped bean
1 pieces grated carrot
1 sliced green chilli
salt as required
1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
1/8 teaspoon ajinomoto
1/2 bunch chopped coriander leaves

Here’s how you go about preparing this drool-worthy Egg Noodles recipe, take a pan and add oil in it. Heat the pan over medium flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot, add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 20 to 30 seconds. If you like to make it more delicious, add some finely chopped green chilies you can also use chilies soaked in vinegar.
Then add the onions, beans and green chillies in the same pan and saute for a minute or two. Add the cabbage, salt, pepper powder and ajinomoto. Stir-fry the ingredients for a minute or two.
