Gandhis hate Gujaratis, BJP has served Nehru’s vision better: Modi

GUJARAT: Sounding the poll bugle for Gujarat assembly election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday dared the Congress to contest it on the development plank. Mounting a fierce attack on the Congress, Modi told a BJP rally that the Nehru-Gandhi family dislikes Gujarat and Gujaratis.
He said the opposition party’s current condition was because it has lost ability to think positive. “It is being driven by negative thinking,” he said. The prime minister was addressing a massive rally organised by the state BJP to celebrate the conclusion of the saffron party’s ‘Gujarat Gaurav Yatra’ (march for Gujarat’s honour).
Modi said that he thanks Amit Shah for his performance and work. Nobody thought the BJP will win the UP elections. The party proved all pundits wrong. When the results of UP assembly elections were announced, the political analysts advised opposition to focus on 2024 instead of 2019.
He said that history knows what they did to Sardar Patel’s daughter. When Morarji Desai was PM they wanted to destroy him. They don’t like Gujarat. Gujarat has always been a thorn in the eyes for that family & their party. History knows what they did to Sardar Patel.
Modi said that the party that gave so many CMs, leaders to the nation now focus only on spreading lies. They create an atmosphere of pessimism.” I dare Congress to fight elections on development plans”. He said that Congress’ agenda is to save one family, they don’t care about the country. The election is the war of evolution for us, for them the war of dynasty. I assure you that evolution is going to win.
